  2. Browse Investment Properties: Go to our investment properties for sale section and enter your financing details at the top. View cash flows customized to your individual purchase.
  3. Select and Contact: Choose your cash flow properties and contact one of our real estate investor coordinators.
  4. Sign the Contract: Receive and sign your contract. Congratulations! No earnest money or deposit is required. Check out our buyer friendly contract HERE. The entire purchase contingent on your happiness!
  5. Meet Our Dream Team: Your investor coordinator will introduce you to our dedicated team via email.
  6. Step-by-Step Support: Our team will assist you with acquiring property insurance, financing, and title work, leading up to closing. Typically, closing occurs within two weeks for cash buyers and four weeks for those seeking financing.
  7. Start Earning: Enjoy your cash-flow investment property from the day of closing!
  8. Property Management Introduction: Meet our in-house property management team. Rents and detailed reports are dispersed on the 6th of every month, with rents deposited into the account of your choice. For international investors, we can deposit in the currency and bank account of your choice, no U.S. bank account required.
