6. Step-by-Step Support: Our team will assist you with acquiring property insurance, financing, and title work, leading up to closing. Typically, closing occurs within two weeks for cash buyers and four weeks for those seeking financing.

8. Property Management Introduction: Meet our in-house property management team. Rents and detailed reports are dispersed on the 6th of every month, with rents deposited into the account of your choice.
